Return and Refund Policy

If you find any defects in the product or the delivered boxes do not match your specifications, you must inform us within 3 working days after receiving the order. While we do not issue credits or refunds, you can request a reprint of the entire order, subject to the determination of defects. Submit digital proof of defects for evaluation.

If the defect is determined to be on the company’s side, we will reprint the order. If the defect is due to client error, all reprinting expenses will be borne by the client. The entire order must be returned within seven working days of delivery to qualify for a reprint.

Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations

All product prices on this website are in US dollars (USD), and all payments will be made in this currency. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not begin production until full payment is received, including all charges, shipping, handling fees, and taxes.

As part of the order process, customers must approve the electronic proof of their custom boxes. Once you approve the proof and the job is sent to the press, you cannot make changes to the artwork files or job specifications. You have 4 hours after proof approval to cancel your order, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation beyond the 24-hour limit.

Design Orders

MyPackagingBox does not issue refunds or credits for any design services. All design orders are non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax will be charged on all orders. If you are entitled to tax exemption, please provide your tax exemption certificate when placing your order.

Artwork/Files Submission

Submit artwork with a resolution of at least 300 dpi in the final format and CMYK format. We are not responsible for printing and color changes resulting from non-CMYK formats or resolutions below 300 dpi.

You are responsible for providing accurate print-ready artwork, including alignment and orientation modifications. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your artwork files during the process.

By uploading artwork, you confirm ownership or written consent to use the materials. We reserve the right to refuse any order perceived as illegal or infringing third-party copyrights. We do not accept offensive, improper, or indecent material for printing.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Customers must approve proofs of their ordered products. We do not send any custom box to the press without client approval. You are responsible for checking proofs thoroughly before approval. We are not liable for delays due to late or non-approval of proofs. The turnaround time starts upon proof approval.

We strive to reproduce colors accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches due to printing method limitations. We do not entertain reprints for color variations.

Gang Printing

We do not use gang printing for most products but may choose suitable printing methods based on client requirements.

Overruns and Underruns

We aim to deliver the exact ordered quantity with an additional amount at no extra cost. If you receive fewer items, you will be billed for the received quantity only. We follow the trade practice of delivering 5% extra of the ordered quantity.

Changes to Website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change any portion of our website or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Revisions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Continuous use of our website indicates agreement with changes.
