Refund / Cancellation Policy

Returns and Order Cancellation Policy for MyPackagingBox.com

We understand that you may need to return a product or cancel an order for various reasons. This policy is designed to help you with any issues, whether returning merchandise or canceling orders. This policy applies to all orders submitted to MyPackagingBox.com. It does not affect any legal rights you may have under Consumer Protection Acts.

Refunds & Returns

As the products and services provided by MyPackagingBox.com are customized according to the customer’s instructions and guidelines, it is recommended that you report any discrepancies or faults in the supplied products within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please send your feedback to orders@mypackaginglane.com.

Company-Side Defects

If a product fault is proven to be the company’s responsibility, we will reprint the entire order. The company’s decision regarding the defect and its responsibility will be final. You must return the entire order to the company within 7 working days and bear the shipping cost. To get orders reprinted, customers need to provide documentation and evidence of defects through digital photographs.

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is found to be on the customer’s part and you still want a cash refund, you will need to return the entire order. The shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

Printing jobs are forwarded to the press department as soon as you approve the proof. You have 4 hours after proof approval to cancel your order. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order cost will be charged if the order is canceled after processing. Order cancellations must be informed within 12 to 24 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed in the press, there will be no refund. However, we can provide free warehouse storage and ship the order at a later date if needed.
